I'm volunteered for the Lesotho youth summit where we had to follow a strict work plan to send emails by a certain date and to confirm information by a certain time and I was able to manage with the deadlines

How would you design engaging focus group sessions or 1:1 INTERVIEWS with youth and parents to gather valuable insights? Please describe any experience doing so.
I would use secondary data to get information about the prospective participants which would be youth and their parents. Then I would conduct a pilot study where I would pretest the questions for the focus group using an interview guide
