When working remotely, I prioritize and manage multiple tasks by staying organized, focused, and communicative. I plan my schedule with time blocking to set aside focused work periods, meetings, and breaks. Using tools like Trello or Asana for task tracking and Google Calendar for scheduling helps me stay on top of deadlines. I also keep my team updated through regular check-ins and clear communication to ensure alignment. To stay productive and avoid burnout, I use short work intervals with breaks, set clear boundaries for work hours, and review my progress at the end of each day. This structured approach helps me stay efficient and balanced while handling multiple priorities remotely.
