There was a Kodak M35 Film Camera in the Shop section. It reminded me of how much people will snap a photo of nature without hesitation. Each time I had a friend go backpacking or camping, I would be shown a billion photos. Being in nature is always something you would want to document, whether it be mentally or physically. Additionally, the planning for it can be quite rigorous. So to have photos of that proof: "hey I did this really cool thing!" will capture those times in a camera. And this goes for so many outdoor activities, not just backpacking and camping. First, I would bring the film camera on my next hiking or outdoor climbing trip. My two main points would be: 1. Emphasize how great film cameras are for documenting the lovely parts of your life. 2. How incredibly affordable it is. Film cameras are expensive as they now have a huge rise in demand. $18 is truly an amazing price for an easily portable film camera. I would do a voiceover for parts of the video, while also keeping the audience engaged with my outdoor activities. I do a lot of content editing for my own social media, so I would love to add some creative twists as well. While keeping it clean and straight to the point, I would then get a little bit into what Plein Air Social is about. Dedicating an outlet for women that love the outdoors is not something I see often. I think my friends would also agree. I would love for Plein Air Social to reach to a larger audience, as I think it would be an incredible platform for women to know about. I definitely intend the content to stand out through the editing style of the video. I would like to create something that really embodies Plein Air Social, and it is what led me to the idea of creating content while I am doing an outdoor activity. As women, we should always document our feats the best we can. It reminds us that we are capable and strong human beings. And I want to show that first through the Kodak M35 Film Camera.
