What is one social media trend you think will be big in the next 6-months?
One social media trend I think will be big in the next 6 months is shoppable video content, especially on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. As social commerce continues to grow, more brands will integrate seamless shopping features directly within their video content, allowing users to instantly purchase products they see in videos, Reels, or Stories. This trend will likely gain even more traction as brands take advantage of video’s ability to showcase products in action, whether through tutorials, reviews, or influencer partnerships. It creates a more interactive and engaging shopping experience, enabling users to discover products organically while scrolling, making it easier for brands to drive conversions without interrupting the user experience

What social media platform do you think is most crucial for a skincare brand to focus on and why?
For a skincare brand, TikTok is becoming one of the most crucial platforms to focus on. The platform’s short-form video format allows skincare brands to quickly grab attention and engage viewers with product demonstrations, tutorials, and real-time results. TikTok is also perfect for tapping into viral trends, challenges, and hashtags, which can give a brand’s content exponential reach and visibility. The community on TikTok is highly engaged, with users actively seeking skincare tips, product recommendations, and honest reviews. By creating authentic and relatable content, skincare brands can build trust with potential customers, showcase the effectiveness of their products, and take advantage of influencer partnerships to spread brand awareness in a more organic and entertaining way.
