Can you provide an example of a successful social media campaign you managed in the past?

During my internship at Epic Property, I initiated a small but strategic Instagram Story campaign to support an ongoing ad for their housing projects. My supervisor mentioned that audiences are more likely to trust and engage with an Instagram account that looks active — and Stories play a key role in that.

To reinforce that presence, I designed a series of interactive Instagram Stories using polls and quizzes. They were not just "filler" content, they were created to spark engagement and signal activity on the account. I also included direct links to WhatsApp to make it easier for potential leads to connect. As a result, we saw a 34% increase in IG Story reach, and although I didn’t have access to the specific number of leads generated from this initiative, the increased visibility likely supported the ad campaign’s overall performance.

How do you stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes?

Staying informed is important, but not at the expense of productivity. To avoid doomscrolling, I use tools like TikTok Creative Center and Google Trends to track what’s currently trending, from audio to visual styles and copy formats.

If I’m working with a brand, I try to set clear content pillars to guide the type of content I want to create. This structure helps me stay focused and avoid getting overwhelmed by the fast pace of social media. Of course, I still check the platforms regularly, but with intention, not just consumption.
