What is your best tactic to get new views and engagement on posts on IG and TikTok?

My best tactic for getting new views and engagement on Instagram and TikTok is combining timely, trend-aware content with a strong hook in the first 3 seconds. I make sure each post either entertains, educates, or connects emotionally — and I tailor the format to the platform. On TikTok, I lean heavily into trending sounds and quick cuts to keep viewers engaged, while using captions and keywords that boost discoverability through the algorithm. On Instagram, I focus on high-quality visuals, relevant hashtags, and posting at optimal times. I also make use of Stories, Reels, and carousels to drive deeper engagement, and I always interact with early comments to boost visibility. Above all, consistency and audience understanding are key — knowing what they care about and delivering that in a relatable, scroll-stopping way.
