What's three important aspects you consider when adopting a new social app into your daily screen time?
Screen time heavily influences daily well-being. I’ve gone through myself a period of slight dopamine addiction due to the mindless usage of social apps. One main consideration I take when using new apps is how beneficial it is and what its advantages are. Would it help me grow? Be a canvas for my creativity? Or would it be an entertainment source that brightens my day? I’d also evaluate potential risks or harm that may be caused and what I should do to prevent them, such as setting a time limit to prevent mindless scrolling. Lastly, I like to re-evaluate whether that digital media platform is worth my time for a certain.
