How would you spread the word about Candier on campus?
The brand is amazing as is! One thing that could possibly push the company forward is by including diversity. Tailoring to different ethnic groups and their custom desserts and scents would definitely increase engagement and revenue.
3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
As a curly hair enthusiast myself with 3c/4a curls, i am always on the hunt to find new products that my curls will thrive in on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Although, I do go through many phases of trial and error, it is also a learning process along the way in which i can help other curly heads in recommending products that may have not worked for me, but can likely work for them.
2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
I would start by actively listening to the customer's concerns and understanding their unique hair needs. Then, I would confidently and knowledgeably explain the benefits and specific uses of different As I Am products, providing personalized recommendations based on their hair type and desired outcomes. I would also offer demonstrations or samples to showcase the effectiveness of our products, ensuring the customer feels empowered and informed about their curly hair journey.
