How do Gen Z individuals want to work and think about their career?

I think Gen Z individuals are extremely big on mental health, and learning how to manage and balance it all in a day to day life. That being said they view their career opportunities differently than other generations. Gen Z individuals have started pathing the way to the idea that if you have a passion for something you should go for it. From what i have witnessed from my peers and i, myself is that we choose the career path that makes us happy and suits us rather than the high paying one we hate. I think this shows we want to work in environments that we enjoy being in, we want jobs we wake up in the morning and don’t dread going to or get stuck counting down the days to retirement. We want more.
