Which 2 companies do you think are doing a great job engaging their audience?

  1. Duolingo, their tiktok strategy is very gen Z coded and it encourages us to view learning languages as a fun activity. Their green owl mascot is funny, playful and relatable instead of being overly polished.

  2. Glossier on Instagram, they include a lot of UGC creators in their page which makes the vibe less corporate or commercial. It gives off more like friends giving the audience beauty tips or recommendations which comes off as less hard-selling
