Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
When I worked as a babysitter, after every session I had for the day, I would then give the employer the option if they wish to write some feedback on how well I performed with their family for my supervisor to review and then they will use that feedback to update my biography.

How do you approach gathering feedback from a diverse group of student participants?
I will multiple approaches due to diverse groups having multiple perspectives. I will use surveys, one on one check ins or use anonymous feedbacks that the students can due oral or written.
