At highschool I joined the music club for participation on the regionals music festival. I wasn't picked to perform at the stage because the head of music didn't think I was fit for the role. I had return to the drawing board and prove myself that am capable to perform. I went back and practiced for a whole year so I could join the music festivals for the following year. When the time reached I submitted my recordings to the head of department of the music club and he was impressed by my vocals and chose me to be the lead singer for the Music club group that was to represent the school in the regional level. I felt humble and greatful for that opportunity. We went to the regionals and performed exemplary well and won the best music award for the region. We then proceeded to the national level where we performed for the President at the state house since he was impressed by our talent and leadership. At the end of it all we won the grand finale prize for the best school at the Music festivals.

The Gen Z generation prefer remote work since they value good work-life balance, flexibility and finding purpose in their careers. They prefer work that aligns with their values.
