Interview Questions
GOOD GOOD
Foodie Content Creator for No-Added Sugar Spreads 🍓

How would you showcase GOOD GOOD spreads in a unique way?
I would promote the Good Good spread by creating a simple, real-life moment—building a peanut butter and jelly sandwich step by step, with each part of the process representing a different exercise or daily habit in my routine. Making the sandwich becomes a metaphor for moving through my day with intention, balance, and care. Once the sandwich is complete, eating it represents the reward of nourishing my body after showing up for myself physically and mentally. It’s a natural, relatable way to show that food isn’t something to earn or fear, but something that supports and completes the day.

What inspires you to create food content?
I’m inspired to create food content because my relationship with food hasn’t always been easy. After struggling with an eating disorder, I’ve been intentionally working toward healing and reconnecting with food in a positive, balanced way. Sharing meals, recipes, and everyday food moments is part of that process for me—it’s a reminder that food is meant to be enjoyed, not feared. Through my content, I hope to show others that it’s okay to eat, to nourish yourself, and to enjoy good food without guilt.

What excites you about creating content that reflects real life rather than polished or overly produced posts?
Creating content that reflects real life excites me because it feels honest and relatable. When content isn’t overly polished, it allows personality, emotion, and real moments to shine through, making it easier for people to connect and trust what they’re seeing. I believe authenticity creates stronger engagement than perfection, and sharing real-life experiences helps build a more meaningful and lasting connection with an audience.
