At my university, I was a student recruitment assistant responsible for conducting outreaches to prospective students about college fairs and scholarship opportunities.

While I was working for my college library, I was assigned a project where I had a list of academic resource tabs from LibGuides to go through and check to make sure all links weren't broken. If they were broken, I wrote down the exact location of where to find this resource, a short description of the issue, and attached the link itself. Once I did that, I notified the authors about these errors.

When identifying bugs I try and play around with the product to check for any faultiness using unexpected actions. l also check what user feedbacks to get other opinions what users like or didn't which can help me find bugs as well. For documenting bugs, I write a descriptive summary that includes the steps I took that led me to the bug, the expected result vs the actual result, and adding screenshots for visual explanation.
