Trigger:
Someone comments a specific keyword or phrase on Instagram.
Flow Steps:
Immediate DM:
Auto-reply with a link, resource, or next step.
Wait / Delay:
e.g., 24 hours before the next message.
Follow-Up DM:
Share additional info, tips, or content based on their interest.
Conditional logic: only send if they haven’t clicked the first link.
Urgency / Reminder:
Push action like “Don’t miss this” or “Spots are limited.”
Conditional Exit:
Clicked/acted → move to post-engagement flow.
Didn’t act → send a final nudge or end flow.

Which tools do you prefer for automating email campaigns and why?
I prefer tools that balance ease of use with actionable insights. For example, platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot let you segment audiences, schedule campaigns, and personalize messages without getting bogged down in technical setup.
I also like tools that provide analytics, so I can see which emails are performing, adjust subject lines, timing, or content, and continuously improve engagement. Automation is only useful if it’s paired with insight and iteration.
For me, the best tools are the ones that let me work efficiently, keep messaging consistent, and make it easy to scale campaigns while still maintaining a personal touch.

How would you use AI to improve a Shopify customer journey?
I would use AI to make the shopping experience more personalized and seamless. For example, AI can recommend products based on a customer’s browsing or purchase history, making it easier for them to find items they actually want.
I would also implement AI-powered chat support to answer questions instantly and guide customers through checkout, reducing friction and abandoned carts. On top of that, AI could analyze patterns in customer behavior to optimize product placement, promotions, and follow-ups like personalized email reminders.
With my experience managing Shopify and creating short-form content that drives engagement, I understand how AI insights can be applied practically to increase conversions and keep customers returning.
