What is the most important thing a social media manager should be doing?
A social media manager should adapt just as social media users do. Social media changes by the day, whether that be news, trends, or algorithms. Keeping strategies stagnant won't do you any good.

What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
I like to adapt based on what the team needs. If there is no leader in place, I can take that responsibility and help divide tasks and determine strengths. I can strategize paying attention to my teammates, and finding out what we all do best. In certain settings, I can be introverted but that usually just means I need time to break out of my shell.
