Please talk about something you've done that demonstrates attention to detail.
When I worked as a hostess I did my best to make personal connects with the customers by complimenting them or asking them questions about if they are traveling or from the area. I would also make note if they had a child or baby to ask if they wanted kids menus, high chairs, and booster seats. When guests would make reservations through the app Opentable I would carefully place them at certain dining areas based on their preferences and size of parties to best keep them happy and be able to keep the flow of customers steady.
