Can you describe a time when you effectively represented a brand at an event?

Yes! As a Student Ambassador for Crew Dog and a Campus Event Launcher for DoorDash, I’ve had multiple opportunities to represent brands at on-campus events. One example that stands out was during a Crew Dog pop-up event, where I was responsible for engaging students, explaining the brand’s mission, and encouraging them to interact with the products. I helped facilitate product distribution, contributed to the design of promotional materials, and worked directly with the campus store and student organizations to boost visibility. Through my personable and enthusiastic approach, I created an inviting atmosphere that encouraged students to stop by, ask questions, and ultimately connect with the brand. My ability to communicate brand values clearly and authentically played a big role in driving traffic to the event and increasing interest in Crew Dog’s products. This experience strengthened my skills in event activation, customer engagement, and brand storytelling—all of which I’d bring to a marketing role at Koia.

To create a positive brand experience for Koia at events, I would lean into my friendly and charismatic personality to genuinely connect with attendees. I have hands-on experience providing excellent customer service and engaging with diverse audiences, which has taught me how to quickly build rapport and leave a lasting impression. I believe the key to a memorable brand interaction is combining warmth and approachability with clear, informative messaging. I would ensure attendees not only feel welcomed but also walk away with a deeper understanding of what makes Koia unique in a competitive space—whether it’s the nutritional benefits, ingredients, or brand values. My goal would be to turn every interaction into an opportunity to build brand loyalty and spark genuine excitement around Koia.
