What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?

I’d love to see Lululemon on HFC because it aligns perfectly with health, fitness, and lifestyle creators. The brand’s strong community focus and creative campaigns would fit really well with the platform.

In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?

I stay calm, listen carefully to understand their concern, and respond with empathy and solutions. My goal is to make sure they feel heard and leave with a positive impression of the brand.

Tell us about a time you built or managed an online community — what worked, and what didn’t?

I helped manage the Instagram page for 3 Natives by posting regularly, responding to comments, and engaging with local customers and fitness groups. What worked best was sharing authentic content like team photos and smoothie videos, which got a lot of interaction because people recognized the faces and places. Collaborating with local clubs, like the run club we partnered with, also boosted engagement. What didn’t work as well was posting too many promotional graphics without a personal touch — they didn’t get as much engagement, which taught me the importance of keeping content genuine and community-focused.
