3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?
I color my hair a lot so my hair is damaged, I try lots of products that I see on Tik Tok and test them out to help save my hair. Then I recommend them based on how they worked.

2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
I would show them the products we offer to enhance and help them have the best hair they can have. As well as the positives of the products and how it can make a difference in their lives!

1️⃣ Share an example of a time you used your communication skills to effectively drive sales or enhance a brand's reputation on the sales floor?
While at my job, I would rep different products and when customers complimented them or asked about them I would tell them all the perks and explain how they should have them too.
