Are you comfortable responding quickly and adapting to changing priorities?
Absolutely. A lot of my work operates on short notice by nature — as a Brand Ambassador for Gopuff and a Content Creator for KEY Energy Drink, I regularly produce content around launches, promotions, and trending moments that require fast turnaround. I've learned to stay ready so I don't have to get ready. I also run two nonprofits alongside my other commitments, so managing shifting priorities isn't new to me — it's basically my default mode. When something urgent comes up, I know how to quickly assess what needs my attention first and execute without losing quality. For Fazit specifically, the on-call format actually appeals to me. I thrive in environments where things move fast and creativity has to keep up with the moment. I'd rather be the person who gets a last-minute call and shows up ready than someone who needs a week of lead time to feel comfortable.

How do you stay up to date with social media trends?
I stay current by treating trend-watching as a daily habit rather than an occasional check-in. Every morning I spend time on TikTok and Instagram Reels specifically to study what's gaining traction — not just what's going viral, but why it's resonating. I pay attention to audio trends, format shifts, and how creators in beauty and lifestyle spaces are evolving their content. Beyond passive scrolling, I actively follow marketing newsletters and creator economy resources to understand trends from a strategic lens. In my current role as a Content Creator for KEY Energy Drink and as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Dress for Success Dallas, I apply trend insights in real time — whether that's jumping on a format before it peaks or adapting a trending audio to fit a brand's voice authentically. I also learn a lot from studying brand accounts I admire — including beauty brands like Fazit — and reverse-engineering what makes their content perform. That combination of instinct, strategy, and hands-on execution is how I stay ahead rather than just keeping up.
