What techniques do you use to keep short videos authentic and relatable?
I will say what I’m thinking in my head like “man it’s hot outside, I’m sweating a lot” which is relatable to the audience, grabs their attention, and then I say “time to drink some water!”

How do you make sure to drink water through the day?
I set a goal for me to finish a certain amount of water bottles in a certain timeframe. Ex: finish my water bottle 3 times in my 4 hour shift
