3️⃣ Can you describe your experience with natural hair care products, and how do you keep up with the latest trends that are relevant to our customers?

My experience with natural hair care products has been good and bad. I have liked many brands that I have tried, while some brands just didn't work for my hair. Pertaining to the latest trends relevant to your customers, I would find my research through popular outlets I can prove most of GenZ is on. For example, TiKTok and Instagram.

2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?

I would introduce the As I Am product to the customer after learning how it would perfectly match their needs. From there I would inform them on why this product would suite their curly hair questions and answers.

1️⃣ Share an example of a time you used your communication skills to effectively drive sales or enhance a brand's reputation on the sales floor?

By using my effective communication skills I have many times enhanced a brands reputation on the sales floor. The first thing to focus on when making decisions based on communication is to focus on nonverbal communication just as much as your verbal communication. For me, this has boosted responses from customers. Creating an inviting, amiable setting towards customers while delivering feedback is the utmost persuasive thing customers will notice.
