How will you use AI for this role?
I’d use AI to make outreach and partnership management more organized and efficient. Recently I’ve been using Claude to turn contact info I compile from outside sources into clean, organized lists by brand, role, email, priority, etc which makes outreach much easier to track.
I’d also use AI to speed up research by identifying strong brand fits, brainstorming personalized pitch angles, and helping organize campaign tracking or follow up notes. I still like doing the relationship building and outreach myself, but AI is really helpful for handling the repetitive organization and research side so I can move faster and stay focused on pitching the right partnerships. I don't believe in using AI for everything. I believe in using AI to make simple tasks more efficient to free up time for the harder tasks.

How would you approach pitching a brand deal?
My approach to pitching a brand deal starts with understanding how the creator and the brand are relevant to each other. Does the creator, in this case Julia, fit the brand? Vis versa? I ask myself guiding questions to help me find the best fit brands for the creator. During my time at 1AM Talent Group, I helped pitch partnerships for 12 creators ranging from 50K to 2.5M followers, so I learned how important it is to tailor each pitch around the creator’s audience, content style, and the value they can realistically bring to a campaign.
I’ve also seen partnerships from the in house brand side through my work with Golden Hippo and now at Lawless Beauty through creator and UGC marketing. That experience helps me think about what brands are actually looking for beyond reach, like audience alignment, creative fit, content potential, and clear ROI.
Because of that, my approach is always relationship focused and strategic. I pitch with a concrete angle, clearly communicate why the partnership makes sense for both sides, and make the process feel organized and easy from initial outreach through execution. I’m comfortable using the different platforms and tools needed to find brand contacts, and I know which roles to reach out to depending on the partnership (whether that’s influencer marketing, partnerships, brand marketing, or social teams).
