How would you engage and grow a brand community on social media?

If I were trying to engage and grow a brand community on social media, I’d start by paying close attention to how people already interact with the brand and with each other. I think the strongest communities come from content that feels human and relatable, not overly advertised. I’d focus on creating posts that invite participation, such as questions, polls, comment prompts, and BTS content that makes people feel like they’re part of something, not just being marketed to. I’d also prioritize consistency and responsiveness. Actively replying to comments, acknowledging UGC, and engaging with followers makes a big difference in whether people feel seen. I think community growth happens faster when the brand shows up as a participant in conversations rather than just a broadcaster. Highlighting creators, fans, or everyday users helps shift the focus from the brand to the people around it. Finally, I’d use performance insights to guide decisions without letting data override authenticity. Tracking what content drives conversation, saves, and shares helps refine strategy, but I’d always keep the goal centered on building trust and long-term relationships. A strong brand community grows when people feel connected, valued, and excited to come back and engage again.

What makes content go viral on TikTok?

Authenticity. Authentic, compelling, emotion-based storytelling is what makes content go viral. People connect with what feels real and relatable to them, so integrating products into lifestyles in a realistic, relatable way for audiences is a guaranteed way to create viral content.
