Describe your experience with supporting backend or operational processes.

I’ve supported a lot of behind the scenes processes that help everything run smoothly in scientific and operational environments. A big part of my experience has been keeping data organized, catching small mistakes before they become bigger issues, and making sure each step in the workflow is completed the right way. I’m used to reviewing information carefully, following SOPs, and helping troubleshoot when something doesn’t look right.

How do you ensure accuracy when managing multiple details in your work?

After working with a single document for a long time, it's easy to develop "tunnel vision". Because I strive for accuracy in my work, I employ two methods to ensure accuracy. First, I read through using a checklist for things such as spelling, grammar, and formatting. Then, this is my own personal trick, I read the document paragraph by paragraph backwards. It's a bit quirky but these two methods have helped me maintain my excellent track record
