What is your favorite streaming platform and why?
Disney+ is currently my favorite streaming platform because it allows me to connect with my childhood self while also seeing new content. It is easy to navigate and allows you to watch movies and shows together with friends and family easily, even if you are hundreds of miles away. It makes streaming fun and enjoyable.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?
Wellness is doing good for you and body and thus you will be feeling good; it is actively putting in the work to benefit all parts of you. I integrate this in my life by setting goals that I can meet mentally, physically, and emotionally, that not only benefit me in the short term but in the long term as well. Wellness is also knowing when and how to adapt those goals if they are not working how I need them to be. It is all an on-going process, and wellness is a lifelong commitment.
