Can you describe a time when you had to analyze feedback data to derive actionable insights?
I formerly worked for a non-profit as an Events Coordinator and was part of the Community Engagement Team. Part of my job on the Community Engagement Team involved fundraising and spreading awareness. I often spoke with potential donors and got to hear what they wanted to see in the future in regard to the activities and programs already implemented within the non-profit. I would take this feedback back to the team and discuss future goals and changes the community would want to see happen.
