what are some example studios you would target in this role?

In this role, I would prioritize studios and hospitality locations that share EQUIPT's belief in "movement" as a lifestyle and value equipment that's both. functional and aesthetic. A target studio would be Equinox, where design and wellness intersect to create premium, lifestyle-focused fitness experiences. I would also like to explore different luxury wellness destinations like the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, which can seamlessly incorporate tools like the Ubarre into guest suites or in-house gyms.

How would you approach building relationships with potential business partners?

I believe building a relationship starts with understanding the partner's audience and business goals. To begin, I would go to the business's website, researching their mission and customer base to personalize my outreach. From there, I'd focus on starting conversations that focus on a mutual shared point, potentially highlighting how EQUIPT's design-forward fitness tools seamlessly integrate into daily living spaces. My ultimate objective is to build trust through clear communication, consistent follow-ups, and by offering resources to show that I truly care about the business partner's success, not just about closing a deal.

Can you give an example of a successful outreach strategy you have implemented in the past?

In a past client project for my consulting organization, I led outreach efforts for a local startup looking to grow its customer base of restaurants. I started by segmenting potential partners, ultimately deciding on small Asian restaurants in Texas to take advantage of our existing connections within the community. Instead of sending generic emails, I referenced specific services and proposed how my client's app could enhance their business. Taking a personalized approach allowed my team and me to secure multiple discovery calls and build lasting relationships.
