In short a good way to create FOMO is posting from a customers point of view, showing viewers the shock of realizing the product we’re selling has many benefits.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I’d briefly greet them and apologize for the bad experience and let them know that at ‘She Biology’ we strive to give customers the best service. Then I would offer them a company phone number or email and thank them for the much needed feedback.
