Interview Questions
Muses Consulting Studio
Creative Strategist Intern

Describe your experience making creative and thoughtful assets (eg: funny ppts, beautiful landing pages etc.)
I have experience making creative school presentations and visually engaging projects where I focused on layout, storytelling, and audience engagement. I’m comfortable using tools like CapCut and Adobe design platforms to create clean, visually appealing content, and I enjoy turning ideas into something both clear and interesting. I pay attention to pacing, visuals, and tone to make sure the final result feels intentional and engaging rather than just informative.

How do you research trends and come up with ideas for short-form content?
I research trends by spending time on TikTok’s For You Page and paying attention to recurring sounds, formats, and hooks that are performing well. I also look at what similar brands and creators in the niche are posting to understand what’s getting high engagement. From there, I adapt those ideas into content that fits the brand voice, focusing on strong hooks, relatability, and fast pacing. I like to turn trends into simple, repeatable formats that still feel authentic instead of just copying them directly.
Swishvo
Gen Z Social Media & Community Content Intern

Pick any Swishvo provider type (doula, midwife, chaplain, herbalist, grief counselor, etc.) and pitch one short-form video concept you’d make for them. Include the hook, the visual, and the caption.
Provider type: Doula
Hook: “People think doulas just sit in the room… this is what we actually do.”
Visual: Quick, warm clips: grabbing a bag → arriving at hospital → holding a client’s hand → adjusting breathing cues → calm supportive presence → soft final moment with baby (no medical focus, just emotional support). Natural lighting, subtle text overlays like support / grounding / presence.
Caption: “Real support during one of life’s biggest moments 🤍”
