How do you approach engaging with shoppers in a demo setting?
When I'm demoing, I greet shoppers with a smile and briefly explain the product's benefits. I encourage them to try it and ask questions to understand what they need. As they experience the product, I point out key features that match their needs. I listen carefully to their feedback, address any concerns, and thank them for their time, making sure they know where to buy it.
