Gen Z Advisory Panel
A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
Firstly, the trends I believe that have the potential to shape our future is the one where hustle culture subsides and people value slow and generous lifestyles. I prepare for this lifestyle by engaging in wellness as often as I can.
Secondly, businesses should specifically work with the premise that they must highlight what's unique about their brand in consonance with the ongoing trend of soft lifestyles, specifically how their products will enhance your newer slower paced lifestyle.
Thirdly, sustainability is such a crucial element for generation Z. We understand the importance of it. I opt out of brands that are not attempting to be environmentally sustainable and I walk everywhere on campus. I attempt to be conscious to the best of my ability and capacity.
Fourthly, I saw Home from College on Instagram.
Lastly, if a customer left a negative review, I would approach it will a mindset to improve and take it as constructive criticism to work on the err. I would personally reach out to them and speak to them about their concerns and explain how to use the product or suggest an alternative that works better for them. The goal is to ensure the customer feels valued.

Community Lead
What's one way you'd activate Squigs on your campus and build the Squigs community?
We often have fests wherein we can sell and buy various student represented or student run brands, I would do it through that and individual conversation.
