Share a time that you helped someone over the age of 60 that you're not related to.
I was the desk assistant in a surgical unit at a hospital with many older patients. I would take walks with them, talk to patients that had no visitors or family, help them connect with their families, communicate and translate between patient and medical staff, and help their families understand their condition.
