Interview Questions
Connyct
Social Media Ambassador
Relevant to the job qualifications, what skills differentiate you from others?
The diversity in my work experience is what sets me apart from others. I started working at 14 and since then I've worked as a course instructor (math and science), dance performer, administrative assistant, assistant dance instructor, club president, student-athlete, a student teacher in Youth Programs and a business administrator at Rose Theatre. I have gained different skills from each of these jobs such as learning to deal with people ages (4+), professionalism, customer service, data entry, project management, training newcomers experience, good communication with employers and customers, constructing feedback and helping my clients achieve their best performance.

I would love to be a part of this opportunity because it has direct involvement in decision-making and a representation of Gen Z. Being the right hand ears and opinion for the Julie leadership team implies direct involvement in decision-making processes. This is a chance to contribute to shaping products and marketing strategies based on my insights and the conversations you observe online. As a Gen Z participant, I bring a unique perspective to the project, representing the views, preferences, and discussions within my age group. This diversity is crucial for ensuring that products and marketing efforts resonate with the target demographic.

Brainstorm one way you'd engage with the community and drive traffic and downloads for ActiVote.
I would engage in increasing user participation via social media. By putting our short surveys and questionnaires I would educate participants about the election and direct them towards voting. We can also highlight ActiVote features to show the participants how diverse and easily accessible it is.
