I know what I like, I care about doing things right, and I’m always trying to level up. I’m chill, driven, and usually thinking bigger than what’s in front of me.

3. Our payment is $100/week base + $1 per 1,000 views if posting requirements are met. Do you have any questions about how the pay structure works?

No questions right now, the pay structure seems straightforward to me. I understand the weekly base is $100 if posting requirements are met, with additional earnings based on views at $1 per 1,000. I’m comfortable with that and ready to work within those expectations.

2. If you submitted a video and we asked you to redo the hook or reshoot it the same day, how would you handle that?

I’d handle it immediately and with a good attitude. Same-day feedback is part of creating strong content, so if I needed to redo the hook or reshoot, I’d make the adjustment as quickly as possible and get an updated version back that day. I take feedback well, and I see revisions as a way to improve performance rather than a setback. My focus would be on being flexible, efficient, and making sure the final video is the strongest version possible.

1. This role requires posting 2+ videos per day. Walk me through a typical day for you, and where filming these videos would fit.

My day is usually organized enough that fitting in 2+ videos a day would not be an issue for me. I’m good at planning ahead, so I’d build filming into my routine instead of trying to squeeze it in randomly. I’d likely film one video earlier in the day and another later, and on days where I have extra time I’d batch content so I always stay ahead. That way I can keep posting consistently while still making sure the videos are high quality. I know this role depends on consistency, and I’m fully comfortable making video creation a regular part of my day.
