What experience do you have with CRM platforms or property management software?
I don’t have direct experience with CRM or property management software, but I do have strong experience using complex engineering and project management tools. As a mechanical engineer, I regularly work with CAD software, data management systems, and platforms for tracking design changes, timelines, and deliverables. Those tools require a similar level of organization, attention to detail, and comfort with digital systems as CRMs do. I pick up new software quickly and adapt fast to different workflows, so I’m confident I could learn and navigate a CRM or property management platform effectively with minimal training.

How do you prioritize and manage multiple tasks remotely?
Managing multiple tasks remotely comes down to being organized, intentional, and disciplined with your time. I start by prioritizing what’s most important and breaking larger goals into smaller, actionable tasks. I use simple tools like Trello or Google Tasks to keep everything in one place and make sure deadlines are clear. Time blocking helps me stay focused by dedicating specific hours for deep work, meetings, and follow-ups so nothing overlaps or slips through the cracks. Communication is also key when working remotely, so I make a point to give regular updates and clarify expectations early. Overall, I rely on structure, transparency, and consistency to stay productive and keep multiple projects moving smoothly, even from a distance.
