If your friend's younger sibling asked you to recommend them best study resources for their exams, what would you send them?
I would send their a list of the top five resources that I am aware of based on my own personal experience as well as some recent online research to ensure the list is current. I would also send them any notes or information that I still have from my studies regarding the topic.

There is an issue with the register/ringing up a customer credit card and you are working alone. What do you do?
I would try to process the payment a second and/or third time and if the issue persists, I would try to contact a manager before asking the customer if it would be possible to use another form of cash payment.

I would excuse the customer’s rudeness, unless absolutely problematic, and try to still assist or direct them.
