what student housing (on or off campus) would you deliver mailers to first, and why?
I would start by delivering mailers to on-campus housing like JST and Commons West and South since they have a high number of first and second year students who are active on campus. After that, I’d go to popular off-campus apartments like SSR and The Arc, where many upperclassmen live and are likely to engage with the giveaway and share it with friends.
