I am unable to work part-time in-person in Pager's NYC office, however, I am able and motivated to work for Pager remotely.

To successfully manage all responsibilities and foster clear communication, I will first take the time to understand the individual strengths, preferences, and communication styles of the Pager team and influencers. After getting familiar with the Pager team and influencers, I will utilize programs like Google Calendar and Slack to assign tasks, set deadlines, share files, and track progress for myself, members of the Pager team, and influencers. I believe regular and transparent contact is crucial for managing responsibilities and clear communication. Therefore, I will communicate via various communicative channels such as email, video calls, project management tools, or instant messaging platforms to ensure everyone is on the same page. Once starting a project, I will continuously monitor the progress and results of said influencer marketing campaigns or projects. I will further use analytics and data to evaluate work performance and the impact of the influencers' content. To maximize work efficiency, I will share these insights with the team and the influencers and make any necessary adjustments to optimize the outcomes.
