Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.
First of all I would try to keep constant communication with the influencers and every once in a while ask them for a demographic of their views to get a feeling on what we need to change and work on. Next I would work to have a spreadsheet with everyone’s information and organize it to go with my weekly schedule leaving me time to take on new responsibilities I could help with.
