1. I thrive off speaking to people. A content idea I have is to go up to students and ask their biggest hair concern then help them by steering them to a JVN product or sample that would help their hair struggles! This would showcase how helpful and inclusive JVN is to all hair types! I would also ask them what type of hair products they currently use and list the benefits of how JVNs products are clean.

2. This past summer at my internship all of my friends asked how I maintained a healthy slick back. I had the idea to make a video to send to them. They used this tutorial for themselves. My content idea is to create different tutorials under 5 minutes on my hair or my friends hair with different textures to show how easy and fun taking care of your hair really is.

3. There is a trend going around of day in my life. I would do just that but a day in my hair's life. I would show hourly how my hair is doing throughout the day strictly using JVN products to show the reliability of the products. I could also extend this to my friends who are using different JVN products for their hair type to showcase different products throughout the day!

I want to host events that collaborate with the clubs I am a member of to show the inclusivity of JVN!

1. Collaborate with Ohio State University Women's Club Soccer. Being an athlete I always had a difficult time with my hair. I end up damaging my hair due to different aspects of soccer, like the sun or the tight hair style I constantly have to wear. This event would showcase JVN products before, during, and after a home soccer game. I would give my teammates products in the UV protection set to protect their hair from the sun and also the air dry cream to seal in their game day styles while protecting from frizz. After the game we usually do a group activity. Many of my teammates complain because they feel gross so I would advise the essential dry shampoo. This event is a full day and showcases many products in real time.

2. Collaborate with Black Student Union. Members of BSU have a variety of hairstyles and love to showcase them. Having a cat walk to showcase different products and how to use them in different textures and styles for the public eye would show how inclusive and high quality JVN is. This also gives members and viewers a chance to love their hair no matter what style it is because JVN is a brand who is there to showcase everyone so no one feels left out.

3. Hosting a mini salon experience in the oval of Ohio State! Having a table with mini samples for people to try while walking to class or to grab some food. This would show people how easy it is to take care of your hair and give them insight on how to do so. Host a giveaway of JVN samples based on a raffle that people enter their names into.

Growing up I wished to have a relaxer, by the age of 11 I got my wish. Fitting in was great, until it wasn't. I experienced damage to my hair and was unsure of how to care for it. Having a brand like JVN would have helped me tremendously back then with products like the instant recovery serum, curated specifically for chemically treated hair. Two years ago, I decided to go natural, this was due to seeing all the promoted hair care on social media and around me. I now feel more like myself and will forever be proud for the hair that grows out of my scalp.

I am interested in becoming a brand ambassador for JVN hair because I want to show others that these products are high quality and serve for a variety of textures and styles. I want to be a part of a brand who helps people love and nourish their hair. Being someone who switches hairstyles often from natural, blown out, and braids I believe I am someone who can promote JVN strongly. It is very important to me that hair care lines are inclusive in who they serve. JVN is a brand who does just that. Having a milk for blown out hair, a cream for curls and coils, and even oil for different types of styles for your scalp is powerful. I strongly believe that if you feel your best, you do your best!
