Can you give an example of a time when you suggested and successfully implemented user experience improvements?
While working at a job, sometimes the clients would be confused on how to check in to the building. After asking and compiling opinions I realized that simplifying the list of check in instructions next to the door was the solution, and since then the clients have no issue with check in.

How do you approach analyzing feedback to extract meaningful insights?
I carefully review the data and take notes based off of what was said in the review. I would also compile reviews that said similar things to each other to try and find a common theme, point, or issue.
