What's one thing about Formula Fig that made you want to apply? Be specific.

I already love Formula Fig's marketing style. Your social media is clean, elevated, but fun. It feels very aligned with my personal style and personal social media approach, so I think we'd be a great fit!

Describe how you manage your time when juggling multiple deadlines. Give a specific example

I love to use project management tools. I use Asana in my personal life, and I also love to use it when working with clients if they don't already have a project management software that they prefer.

I also have a huge board by my work desk where I track my tasks analog style just for the fun of it.

Tell us about a time you taught yourself a new tool or skill without being asked. What was it, and how did you approach learning it?

I became a freelance photographer when I was 17. I had to teach myself how to properly use a camera and Adobe Lightroom. I spent a lot of hours dedicating time to practice editing, watching Youtube videos, and reading advice from experts that I looked up to at the time.
