How would you engage a shopper to try a new product?
I would combine face-to-face outreach on campus with eye catching materials like flyers or cards with QR codes that link directly to the coupon. I’d focus on high-traffic areas on campus, and I would also advertise the company at a cappella gigs. Finally, I would share the coupon in campus group chats and social media pages to reach more students online and encourage them to pass it along to friends.

Have you ever worked in a customer-facing role?
Yes, I worked 5 months at an açaí bowl shop where I was a counter server, and I also worked as a hostess at a nice, local restaurant for a year. In both of these roles, my main role was communicating with customers and ensuring all their needs were met.
