I have had some great and terrible experience with natural hair care products such as when one of my favorite products had a shift in company leadership and then changed the formula which ended up drying out my hair. I keep up with the latest trends by testing out the things and hacks used on my own natural hair
2️⃣ How would you handle a situation where a customer in Target, Walmart, or Sally Beauty has a complex question about their curly hair needs, and how our As I Am products can meet them?
As someone with naturally curly hair I would ask questions on how their hair reacts to certain elements such as water retention etc. and then from there see where the issue lies and then find a product that best matches
1️⃣ Share an example of a time you used your communication skills to effectively drive sales or enhance a brand's reputation on the sales floor?
Someone in the store was upset about the sizing and wasn't confident in trying on a outfit, so I helped find her a fit I found to fit quite nice since we were similar in size and as she was talking about what she liked, I helped find an outfit that matched her personality and she ended up loving the outfit found.
