As a conference assistant, I was the final pass of information before my conference came and stayed with the establishment I worked for. We called, and I went over the correct details and points of contact. My client then emailed my supervisor because she was confused about the clarifications made over the call, but my supervisor reiterated that everything I said was correct, and I maintained professionalism even though my skillset was doubted. In extreme cases like these, fact check yourself with any documents provided (i.e. contracts) and if your word is not taken, do not be afraid to call up for help (or in my case, do not worry if the client subverts you and does that themself because everything you have communicated should be correct and checked prior).

Make a task and client list at the beginning of each week and track actionable tasks that each client wants. Ensure the high priority tasks are met first by communicating with the client at the beginning of each week/month/what the client prefers. I use Notion and Google Calendar in tandem for project management cases like these.
