Tell us about any prior experience you have as a brand ambassador

I've had several roles that really align with brand ambassador work. At Towson, I'm currently the President of the International Student Association, and I have also been a campus tour guide and a Global Ambassador. So I've had a lot of experience representing the school, leading tours for prospective students, welcoming international students through events and social media, and running programs that bring people from all types of backgrounds together. I was also an AIFS Ambassador, where I shared my life as an American student studying abroad in France to promote cultural exchange and encourage future participants.

Outside of Towson, I worked with Gauth, creating trendy, relatable videos that resonated with college life, and with FUZE Technology at events like Project Glow, World Pride, and Warped Tour. With FUZE, I engaged attendees face-to-face, captured brand photography of their portable charging stations in action, and created live social content that matched the energy of the event..

Across all these roles, I have learned how to connect with different audiences, create excitement around a brand, and ensure the positive impression lasts long after the interaction.

How would you approach organizing a campus event to promote Proper Wild effectively?

I would approach it a lot like I did as a Global Ambassador when planning welcome events for international students, making sure it is high-energy, inclusive, and easy for people to join in. First, I'd lock down a busy campus spot like the student union or main quad, and get the necessary approvals. I'd partner with student organizations and friends who are good at drawing a crowd, just like I collaborated with the International Student Association to boost attendance at our events.

For the actual Proper Wile event, I'd keep it fun and interactive with music playing, free shots ready, and maybe a quick game or challenge to get people involved. I'd set up a visually appealing space so people want to take photos, then use QR codes and clear instructions to make redeeming the offer simple and quick.

From my Global Ambassador role, I know how important it is to make people feel welcomed and engaged, so I'd be talking to everyone, sharing the brand story, and making sure they leave with a positive impression. I'd also capture photos and short clips to post later, just like I did when promoting International Education Week, so the event continues to build momentum online even after it is over.

Are you part of any clubs or organizations on campus?

Yes, I am currently the President of the International Student Association, where I lead events and programs that bring students from different cultures together.

I am also a member of our campus Women in Cybersecurity chapter, which has given me opportunities to connect with other students interested in tech and security.
