How would you approach building a relationship with someone who actively uses our product but hasn’t interacted with you directly?

To build this relationship I would acknowledge their engagement by reacting to their content subtly. Additionally, I would send them a personalized message or DM inviting them to preview an upcoming product, event, or offer. Mention how their consistent use of your product caught your attention, making it feel exclusive and special.

What are some of your favorite brands on social media and why?

Duolingo because they have been able to create a playful, meme-driven presence on social media, that appeals to my generation (Gen Z) very well. This marketing humanizes the brand, making it memorable and relatable.

Fenty Beauty because they have strong messages of diversity and inclusion while producing amazing products. Similarly, Rare Beauty also does a great job of including and highlighting mental health issues, self-acceptance, and beauty standards. These brands have great products with strong powerful messages to back them up.

Can you provide an example of a successful beauty or social media campaign you love, and believe we can emulate?

Glossier's “You Look Good” campaign. I love how this campaign was simple yet highly effective, it focused on authentic user-generated content, minimalist design, and a strong message of self-empowerment, reaching audiences of all ages and creating a powerful message overall.
