When a digital product is a stand alone service (ie has no packaging) how can social media be used to help communicate the different benefits of using it to audiences with different reasons for using it.
I think using animation and motion graphics can go a long way in showing the benefits of a digital product! As well as footage of people using it and show people how it works!
