What strategies would you use to grow Extra's social media presence on TikTok? How would you measure success?
To grow Extra’s TikTok, I’d focus on making content that feels fun, natural, and native to the platform: using trends, humor, and relatable everyday moments where gum actually makes sense, while partnering with creators who genuinely fit the brand so it never feels forced. I’d also encourage user-generated content and interaction so the audience feels involved, not just advertised to. I’d measure success through steady follower growth, strong engagement, and high watch time, but I’d also pay close attention to how people are talking about the brand in comments, how often Extra shows up on peoples FYPs, and whether TikTok is helping drive real awareness and interest beyond just views.
